This role is based in our London Office in the City - we have an hybrid working model.

You will report to the HR and Office Manager. We are looking for an experienced administrator who can help support the development, implementation and management of all company operational policies and procedures.

We have standard benefits which comprise: 25 days holiday (prorated), discretionary annual bonus and private medical cover.

Salary range: £30,000 to £32,000 a year prorated depending on experience (based on a full time of 40 hours a week)

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years previous experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant or similar role in a small to medium size company.
- A degree in a relevant field or CPP qualified or studying toward it.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise on everchanging workload
- The ability to work autonomously
- Proven problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities and Role description**:
You will support the HR and Office Manager in all the day-to-day tasks as well as some support to the heads of department.

**HR**:

- Supporting the heads of department with recruitment tasks. Uploading CVs, booking interviews and coordinating with agencies.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees using BambooHR
- Background checks, past employer references check
- Enrolling employees to the mandatory trainings and monitoring training level
- Monitoring absence, holidays, annual performance appraisals etc
- Keeping HR management system updated
- Helping to create and maintain the HR policy

**General/ Office admin**
- Filing of documents
- Ordering supplies and IT equipment
- Coordinating deliveries
- Creating reports, generating documents and letters
- Liaising with suppliers
- Checking expenses
- Keeping IT inventory and Suppliers list up to date
- Monitoring and keeping up to date the ISMS calendar
- Ad hoc projects (party planning, gift buying )
- Drafting, writing and research skills

Those are some of the tasks involved, the role is very varied and would change depending on the needs.
