**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Administration**
- Assisting the HR Dept with the new starters offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring the employee has returned all the correct information.
- Supporting in HR inductions for new joiners, maternity returners etc. ensuring induction packs are created and ready to be distributed.
- Assist in the issuing of all family-friendly documents including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave and ensuring all paperwork is completed and Line Managers are kept up to date.
- Assist with the updating of files/records on the HR Server/HR Cascade system.
- Assisting with HR administration support on any necessary action arising from performance or conduct issues.
- Provide admin support to the HR Dept with Benefits system.
- Assisting in the management of the HR Cascade system, ensuring all the information is completed correctly and accurately.
- Maintain all employee data and HR files to ensure that they are updated in timely manner and comply with any legal or data protection requirements.
- To support with all general HR Administration and undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.

Undertake such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request.

**Key Skills, Knowledge & Attributes**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding and usage of managing a HR Management system (ideally HR Cascade).
- Clear understanding of HR practices and policies, their formation and purpose.
- Working knowledge of basic employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation and diary management.
- Able to work intact and diplomacy and ability to work independently.

**Experience**
- Prior experience of working in a HR administration role, minimum 3 years
- Extensive experience of providing support and guidance to managers across a range of HR policies and procedures.
- Exposure to working with a range of Key Stakeholders
