**Be yourself**
We’re looking for someone able to relate to and build relationships with our young people. Compassionate, emotionally resilient, and supportive, you’ll also be able to provide the leadership that inspires your colleagues. With your experience working in the residential childcare sector, you’ll be someone your teammates look to for support and advice. We’re looking for at least 12 months’ experience, supported by the Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification). You’ll also need to have held a full UK driving licence for at least a year.

- Base salary of £31,087 - £38,126
- In addition to your base salary you’ll do approximately 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year)
