We’re looking for a pro-active Customer Service and CRM Executive, with experience in the Marketing sector to join the in-house creative team at EL&N London, based in our offices in Knightsbridge, London.

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

- Create a month on month newsletter calendar which ties in with the wider Global Marketing calendar
- Manage the CRM newsletter process, from idea implementation to briefing the Design team for asset creation and creative copy
- Provide a bi-weekly CRM & Marketing report for Senior Management outlining key implementation and strategies applied to the newsletter send outs
- Manage and monitor the music sound system for EL&N global sites, ensuring the messaging and music is always on brand and up to date with the current market
- Customer care and inbox management for the Instagram account direct messages, ensuring all key customer enquiries are monitored
- Being apart of any influencer campaigns and launch events, assisting with all store openings globally which can include guestlist management, entertainment sourcing, gifting, photography brief
- Work as part of the Global Marketing team and input ideas towards global campaigns and strategies
- Create end of campaign wrap up reports, analysing data from in store sales mix, online sales and social media coverage to evaluate the success and performance of the campaign
- 2+ years experience in an CRM related role
- Strong desire to improve customer experience across multiple journeys
- Ability to learn new tools quickly, particularly using formulas and queries
- Knowledge of data integration and a passion for digital solutions
- Excellent personal communication and presentation skills
- Strong levels of multi-tasking, prioritisation, and solution-orientated approaches
- Experience in speaking of writing Arabic or Chinese is desired

- This is a full time role, working 5 days a week from the office located in Knightsbridge/Central London
- Reporting into the Head of Marketing
- Contracted hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
