**About Us** Our client specialise in producing surveillance camera systems that capture evidence from a first-person perspective. This equipment has a proven and major impact on crime reduction, abuse against the wearer and the associated cost reductions. They have become the most successful European company in this rapidly expanding market and have sold their equipment to the majority of Police Forces in the UK as well as many local authorities and private organisations. They have also sold into over 40 countries and is rapidly expanding its international activities. **The Role** UK Sales & Business Development Executive contributes as part of the UK Sales Team with specific responsibilities for defined industry sectors across the UK. Main functions include management of existing clients and business development with a key contributionfor the business of providing sales growth across those sectors. This position allows sales discounts level at "Sales & Account Manager" level as defined in the Reveal Sales Policies process document. **Responsibilities** - Contacting existing clients within industry sectors defined to discuss current deployment of new products; - Review any additional or new requirements; - Provide customer training on product and solution; - Maintain the client’s record in the CRM platform. - Dealing with new and following up on existing leads - Manage accounts, leads, contacts and opportunities for these new clients to ensure information is up to date; - Utilise sales presentations and demonstrations during client visits as appropriate; - Be fully prepared for a pipeline review every two weeks. **Qualifications, Skills and Experience** - Ability to understand prospective customer needs; - Ability to articulate product capabilities in an engaging way; - Ability to manage objections and build solutions; - Ability to prepare presentations and deliver and prepare commercial proposals; - Experience of business development - Experience of SaaS selling a benefit, but not essential **_Robertson Sumner are the UK’s leading technology focused recruitment businesses and work with technology vendors, distributors, resellers, managed service providers and system integrators._** **_So if this role is not exactly what you are looking for please visit our website or search for us on LinkedIn for more options._
