**Role Overview**

As Head of Delivery, you’ll play a key role development and enhancement of IT Enterprise Platforms and Services for Bupa Global & UK (BGUK). You’ll lead the Enterprise Platforms Delivery Capability function to deliver project and programme management, and technical analyst and project support services in line with agreed budgets, KPI's, KRI's and SLA's. You’ll be responsible for the build, maintenance and delivery of the IT Enterprise Platforms and Services delivery pipeline

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the BGUK Enterprise Platforms Delivery Capabiliy aligned to SLAs and Enterprise Standards
- Manage teams of Programme, Project Managers, Technical Analysts and Project Support resources to maintain and deliver BGUK enterprise platforms and services.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with IT senior stakeholders to ensure that Enterprise Platforms support the needs of BGUK Technology, Business Unites and Functions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the BGUK business lines & operations to formation of IT strategies, provide products that support these strategies.
- Ensure all resources adhere to all Bupa Technology governance requirements and ensure all resources continually perform to time, budget and scope.
- Seek external perspective and benchmarking for the function and services delivered.
- Accountable for ensuring Enterprise Platforms projects and change delivery comply with Bupa technology, Digital, Security, other relevant policies & governance,and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a leader and role model for the broader Bupa technology community, including contributing to Bupa initiatives focussed on people, sustainability and innovation, in service of Bupa’s purpose.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A proven track record leading the delivery of enterprise platforms capability for an organisation of similar scale and complexity to Bupa..
- Graduate level or equivalent business experience with relevant qualifications (preferably PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL qualified)
- Extensive experience of managing stakeholders at an Executive level and experience of successfully influencing a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership with the ability to build, develop, lead and motivate teams
- Strong programme and project management skills with previous experience of leading significant technology transformation projects
- Experience and high level of understanding of risk and technology security management
- Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with colleagues, patients and consultants building compliance, authenticity and trust
