HR Advisor

**Part-Time HR Adviser (10 hours/week) - Hybrid Working**

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and a strong background in employee relations? We’re looking for a capable and personable **Part-Time HR Adviser** to join our small but dedicated team, providing expert HR support across a variety of client sectors.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultancy environment and is seeking a flexible, fulfilling role where they can make a real impact.

Your consultancy background and multi-sector experience will help you quickly adapt to client needs and build trusted working relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- A minimum of **5 years’ senior-level experience** in employee relations
- A **consultancy background** and experience working across **multiple sectors**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing complex HR cases with professionalism and care
- Proficiency in **HR software** and **CRM systems**:

- A flexible and collaborative approach to work

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
