Hours per week: 16 hrs

**Salary**: Salary: £10.25 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £11.28 per hour, when meeting on target incentives.

Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As a Travel Services Partner you will be at the heart of what we do. Supporting our retail customers with their Foreign Exchange options and ensuring that their travel experience starts off in the best way possible.

We are looking for people that thrive in a travel money retail environment. Putting great service first and working to give customers a memorable experience. This is an exciting role, where no two days are the same and offers growth and development for those looking to develop their retail or financial service careers.

Duties of this role include:

- Developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their travel money needs, and ensuring they start their travel experience in the best way possible.
- Working as a Travel Money Ambassador; becoming an expert on foreign exchange and the ever-changing travel market.
- Working to achieve and exceed your own targets and performance goals whilst supporting colleagues in a wider team.
- Accurately and efficiently dealing with cash and digital financial exchanges to process daily online and in store foreign exchange requests
- Adhering to our own standards of best practise and complying with financial regulations and law.

To succeed in this role, you will be someone with a passion for travel or the finance sector, is confident in dealing with customers and retail exchanges and has the drive and ambition to develop your career within a global company.
