We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, Qualified Early Years Room Manager to join our friendly team at The Stables Nursery School

About the Role:
As an Early Years Room Manager you will be involved in planning and managing exciting educational activities and room environment that will inspire children to engage and develop.

Qualities:

- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good time management, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic when working under pressure.
- Passionate about children’s learning.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Recognised Early Years Qualifications - Level 3 or higher
- Knowledge of the EYFS.
- An understanding of child development stages.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with children and parents.

Please Note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check and ensure this is kept up
to date.

Working Hours:
Hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Nursery operation hours are 7.30am -6pm and shift patterns are between these hours, depending on your contracted hours of work.
