**Risk Manager - Hybrid Working - Southampton - Salary Comparative to Experience**
**Your new company**
A financial services organisation are recruiting for a Risk Manager to join their expanding team and in Southampton.
**Your new role**
As a Risk Manager you will support the Director, Head of Compliance and Risk Assurance/Regulatory Compliance team in the execution of an effective programme of risk assurance.
Responsibilities include:

- Completing ongoing regular testing on key areas identified as presenting risks
- Managing other members of the Risk Assurance team
- Risk-based thematic monitoring
- Assisting with the development and continual evolution of the Risk monitoring and testing programme

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant finance industry experience
- Experience within the compliance and risk environment
- Good understanding and knowledge of the AML legislation, Orders and the AML Handbook
- Ability to deal with different levels of stakeholder
- Working to deadlines and organising workload effectively
