Risk Manager

Our client, a leading business within financial services, has an immediate opening for a Risk Manager to join the business. Working in a hybrid capacity between the office and home the Risk Manager will provide 2nd line oversight to the business and changeinitiatives.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for
- Oversight of 1st line risk reporting and, escalation where appropriate, providing challenge and advice
- Co-ordinating the Operational Risk Self Assessment (ORSA) and Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA) processes and preparation and presentation of final reports to the Board.

The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Previous experience within a 2nd line risk management position for a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated firm
- Previous experience of managing and delivering against the requirements of Solvency II and CRD IV/IFPR.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
