Are you a qualified Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse? Or a newly qualified Practitioner looking for a developmental role to work creatively with Young People and their families?

We are a dedicated multi-disciplinary Team promoting positive Mental Health in Young People aged 4-14 years old.

We strive to be dynamic and creative and are dedicated Mental Health Professionals, focussing on the needs of Young People and providing a needs-led approach to working and seek like-minded clinicians to work alongside us in supporting Young Peoples Wellbeing and Mental Health.

We value multi-agency collaborative working and encourage Service User Participation, supported by our People Participation Lead. Our Care Group is on an incredible and exciting journey and continually striving to improve our offer.

**Duties will include, but not exclusive to**:

- Assessments of Young People
- Caseload holding
- Multi-agency working; including family, acute hospital, primary care sector, social care, education and voluntary services
- Triage of referrals
- Working with Young People on a one to one basis
- Supporting the Duty role within the Team
