**£24,000 annual salary**

**Free onsite parking, Large new offices, Restaurant on site for staff,** **33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), Casual Dress, Paid for staff events**

**8am
- 5pm Monday - Friday**

This fantastic, award-winning business is seeking a new HR Professional to join them. You will be working alongside a close-knit HR Team in brand new offices near Gravesend. They need an experienced Administrator who will be uploading scanned documents tothe system as well as staff contractual change forms, monitoring the 48hr rule for working time regs, generating reports and more.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Correspondence
- letters etc
- Maintaining and updating the staff data base
- Uploading documents and ensuring all are compliant
- Archiving of data, reports, and files
- Telephone enquiries
- Tracking health questionnaires
- Referencing and background checks
