I am looking for an experienced NEBOSH qualified Compliance Manager for a client based in Oldham. You must possess experience working in either the property and construction industry which is essential or ideally from the fire and security sector which ispreferable. Responsible for the effective and efficient management of all aspects of Health, Safety and compliance matters, including policy implementation, monitoring and inspection, and risk assessments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Duties will include but not limited to:
? Implement new ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
? Resolution of Technical and Compliance issues for regional delivery teams.
? Working closely with Directors and Department Managers to evaluate processes and engineering standards.
? Develop internal training programmes to establish a solid foundation and infrastructure for Fire & Security.
? Standards monitoring and updating.
? Regional install and service technical and compliance auditing.
? Technical auditing of existing systems.
? Ensuring Install and Service delivery is compliant and follows Tailored Fire & Security processes.
? Responsible for maintaining BAFE / NSI accreditation(s).
? Working with Directors to develop internal training programmes to establish a solid foundation and infrastructure for Fire & Security.
? Compliance monitoring.
? Compliance review and approval.
? Process Management
? Accreditation processes.
? Training and auditing.
? Sales consultant compliance and technical training.
? Regional install and service technical and compliance auditing.
? Technical auditing of existing systems.
? Compliance strategy and planning.
? Product evaluation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
? Preferred: NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction
? Auditor and training experience - Essential.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Able to take a proactive approach.
? Be able to organise yourself and others.
? Self-motivation.
? Experience working in the Fire & Security industry
? Computer literate, including all Microsoft programs.
? Tailored Fire & Security are NSI Gold Approved and therefore screen all engineers in line with BS 7858 and DBS checked. - Essential
? Full, clean driving licence - Essential.
