**Why does this Job Matter?**
The Learning Operational Professional is responsible for delivering services across the sourcing, planning and delivery of learning experiences aligned to strategic and operational career and capability priorities across BT. They will work closely with the Centre of Excellence and business learning teams to execute processes and offer expert advice to deliver a smooth colleague experience. Support will be for all aspects of Learning Operations including sourcing, vendor management, planning, scheduling and reporting.
**What will the role Involve as our Learning Operations Coordinator?**
The Learning Operations Professional, Learning Operations:
- Provides ownership and day to day management of key learning operations processes associated with 3rd party services, planning, scheduling and delivery, ensuring effective service provision.
- Manages operational issues and queries associated with learning operations activities and processes, liaising with customers and stakeholders to resolve and identify and management of risks.
- Supports the planning and operational delivery of activities for pan BT Learning Programmes including planning and scheduling events and resources, liaising with customers and stakeholders and ensuring scheduling is optimised.
- Provides support to effectively forecast and manage learning budgets across BT.
- Works closely with the managed service partner and 3rd party vendors to ensure good service provision, providing day to day support, acting as a conduit into relevant BT stakeholders and supporting contract management activities.
- Provides reporting to the Learning Leadership Team and Programme Sponsors to track performance and service delivery, analysing and interpreting data and generating insight to high performance risks and informing decision making.
- Leads and/or supports activities to enhance the principles and processes defined in the Learning Playbook, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across BT.
**What are we looking for in our Learning Operations Coordinator?**

- **Supplier Management** - understand how to deliver services to 3rd parties
- **Data Analysis** - able to interpret and analyse data for the creation of reporting and insight to drive performance and support continuous improvement
- **Resource Planning** - Proven track record and experience in end-to-end resource plans (including externals) and identifying initiatives to improve performance
- **Transformation** - Relevant skills and experience in supporting projects
- **Commercial acumen **- solid understanding of commercial and financial processes
- **Stakeholder Management** - strong collaboration and relationships with a complex range of internal and external stakeholders
- **Technical - **strong knowledge of financial, planning, reporting and operational systems
- **Projects** - with a high likelihood of ambiguity, scope change, redeployment of investment, reprioritisation
