Our Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of financial planners and paraplanners. As a participant, you will receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to work alongside our team of Chartered Financial Planners. Our programme includes:

- **Structured Training Pathway**: Gain in-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and client relationship building.
- **Professional Development**: Work towards industry-recognised qualifications with full support and funding from Oakmere Wealth Management.
