General Handyman

Spacecare Ltd are an established national estates maintenance company offering services on over 600 sites to include grounds maintenance, soft and hard landscaping, specialist cleaning and winter services. Spacecare is the contractor of choice for many well-known property management companies, private owners, national companies and local governments, undertaking services on business parks, retail parks, industrial estates and commercial buildings.

The Role

Based out of our Rugby depot and working closely with the Foreman and Operations Managers you will undertake general hard landscaping tasks and site maintenance duties as required for handyman works. The role will include;
- Hard Landscaping
- Block paving / paving slabs
- Fencing and barrier repairs and installations
- Repair and installation of street furniture
- Painting
- Minor general building maintenance tasks
- Carrying out basic risk assessments in relation to daily works and implementing suitable control measures.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Proven experience in hard landscaping
- Ability to communicate at multi levels with staff and clients.
- Good equipment knowledge and hard landscaping skills are essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability, with a fine eye for detail.
- Full UK driving licence

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with the potential to be required to work weekends, early starts may be required
