We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with customer service experience to join our busy GP practice in Burgess Hill.

This role will involve answering the phones, manning the desk, and all administrative jobs that make up the role of a Receptionist.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet patients politely and efficiently, both face-to-face and on the telephone, ensuring that the appointment system is managed effectively. Signpost patients to the most appropriate service for their needs based on information they give. To respond to all queries and requests for assistance from patients and other visitors, working closely with the Reception Manager, Practice Manager and Doctors to help with other administrative tasks when required.

Salary will be dependent on experience/qualifications.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
