We are seeking innovators to work at the forefront of science and technology. Join a team of inspiring scientists working on the latest innovation to enable groundbreaking developments genomic and proteomics research, patient diagnosis, agrigenomics and environmentalmonitoring to name a few.
We have multiple new opportunities for:

- Sequencing Chemistry Research team: discover new enzyme motors and develop new chemistries and new modes of sequencing DNA and RNA using newly developed nanopores.
- Protein Sequencing team: develop novel methods and related chemistries to sequence proteins enabling commercialisation of protein sequencing on ONT platforms.
- Design and engineer proteins using advanced tools.
- Use state of the art biochemical / molecular biology techniques to purify and characterise proteins.
- To handle and manipulating DNA, RNA, peptides and proteins.
- Use ONT proprietary sequencing platforms and kits to characterise newly developed proteins and chemistries / methods.
- How to use various tools and proprietary methods to analyse acquired data.
Experience / Skills:

- Science degree in Biological Sciences / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biophysics or equivalent. Some hands-on experience or industrial experience would be useful but NOT essential.
- Oxford based or willing to move to the area
