A lovely new Facilities Coordinator role is now available working for a growing organisation based in Salisbury. The primary purpose for this role is to provide comprehensive, organised and proactive support to a Facilities Manager.

Reporting into a Department Manager you will work with the procurement team with responsibility for facilities, fleet management and will assist with purchasing. You will ensure efficient stock control is in place and work collaboratively across the businessto liaise on maintenance issues and coordinating company vehicles.

**Key responsibilities include: -**
- Maintaining building leases and acting as point of contact for site/building management, expansion opportunities and facilities issues, including machine maintenance
- Managing maintenance of the company fleet, this includes but is not limited to; MOT’s, Tax renewals and vehicle pack checking.
- Coordinating Refurbishments and renovations
- Responsible for booking contractor site visits to carry out building works
- Compare costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facility.
- Liaise with suppliers about upcoming deliveries and chase outstanding orders
- Coordinating Staff uniform/PPE orders and placing these with relevant suppliers
- Ensuring split Site stationary cupboards/kitchens/bathrooms & meeting rooms are fully equipped with consumable stock
- Consumable management process for common parts within the manufacturing process
- Assist with lunch ordering and coordination
- Provide purchasing support to the Procurement Lead as and when required.

**The skills and experiences we are ideally looking for should include**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Team player who is capable of working autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A professional and proactive approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great attention to detail, combined with excellent organisational skills and a passion for accuracy
- Previous fleet management experience is desirable
