Office Administrator (Full or Part Time) - Long Eaton
A fantastic opportunity has arisen and we’re recruiting for an organised, professional administrator to work in a fast-paced environment and support the development of the company with the increasing workloads.
You will assist with day-to-day administration reporting to the Office Manager and you will be required to use your own organisational skills to complete tasks assigned.
A construction administration background would be advantageous but not essential.
General Day to Day Duties will include:
- Processing customer enquiries and generating quotations.
- Formatting documents and assisting with the preparation of tenders (including obtaining prices from suppliers)
- Diary management and arranging meetings.
- Checking internal paperwork is scanned on and filed in the correct online folders.
- Being responsible for promoting the business via social media and other online marketing channels.
- Job tracking and project tracking.
- Other duties required by the Office Manager.
Essential Skills
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to work take an instruction and carry out a task using own initiative.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- An organised, methodical approach to work.
