Page Personnel are supporting a leading logistics business based at Lutterworth with the appointment of a generalist HR Advisor to join a busy site.

**Description**

Working as part of a busy HR team, reporting to a Regional HR Manager and a Site Manager, this is a generalist HR Advisor role providing HR support for a busy logistics site.

Duties will include:

- Provide advice and guidance to managers regarding HR policies and procedures
- Provide advice and guidance to managers regarding employee relations casework
- Support with recruitment and on-boarding
- HR reporting and analysis
- All other HR generalist issues

This role will be 100% office based.
