**Job Title: HR Advisor**

**Location: Multisite Location - 2 days in Kettering & 3 days in Leicester**

**Salary: £30K**

**The Company**

Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.

**The Role**
- Manage staff relationships by acting as the first point of contact for line managers and employees and resolve any queries or problems that they have and manage their expectations.
- Take responsibility as the first port of call for all recruitment aspects, including advising line managers and managing the full onboarding process and administration.
- Advise on various HR and employee relation queries throughout the site, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, long term sickness, attendance, absence management etc.
- Support line managers with grievance and disciplinary investigations and hearings, escalating to the Group HR Business Partner where necessary.
- To maintain the company HR system ensuring all line managers access and input correct data in a timely fashion.
