As a **Talent Resourcer**, we are looking for someone to:

- Support in the New Starter process; working closely with the wider HR team, to ensure continued communication with new starters in the lead up to their first day, during their probation period and beyond
- Take ownership of Recruitment Admin task such as job adverts, interview notes etc.
- Work at speed and to tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on quality or service

**Qualifications** Essential**
- Experience in a previous resourcing or recruitment role
- Proven experience of pro-active recruitment in niche markets - Finance in particular
- Quality driven attitude to recruitment

**Desirable**
- Recruitment experience within Financial Services or a regulated business
