Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent to support organisational growth. The successful applicant will utilise various sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems to identify suitable candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Duties

  • Lead generation through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, and networking events to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability based on role requirements and organisational culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support..
  • Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and social media management for effective talent sourcing.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and social media management for talent acquisition purposes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for relationship management.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and best practices in recruitment processes.
  • Experience in recruiting in Automotive, Mechanical trade Industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using social media platforms for employer branding and candidate sourcing is desirable.
