Earlsfield Court is a luxury residential care home situated in Bexhill. We are recruiting for General Assistants to help and assist our current Team Members across a variety of departments.

This is a generic role that involves assisting across the Housekeeping and Catering Teams. You may be required to help at mealtimes, serving meals, clearing and cleaning tables, keeping the dining areas tidy at all times. General host/hostess duties will be required too. Assistance will also be required with general housekeeping duties and in the laundry.

We can offer part or full-time hours - shift times may vary but you will need to be able to work alternate weekends as part of the planned rota.

You will need to be reliable and hardworking as the role involves multi-tasking across all non-care duties. A friendly caring and empathetic nature is required as you will be liaising closely with our residents, helping with activities and general hospitality.

This is a great opportunity as an introduction to working in a care environment -working together as one team is the ultimate service we wish to provide to our residents.
