Oliver Marks Consulting are currently representing a client based in Ipswich looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to an ongoing expansion into their IT team my client is now looking for a Senior IT Support Technicianto help with the increased workload whilst making sure internal and external customers are looked after to the high standards they have come to expect.

This role will be very varied, some days you might be doing a lot of general 2nd Line fixes and helping to reduce any backlog in tickets, the next you might be assisting with ongoing projects to upgrade or develop their infrastructure systems.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in 2nd/3rd line support and will have extensive experience with the following technologies: Server 2019, Exchange, Office 365, Windows OS, Azure, Active Directory, Networking and Virtualisationtechnologies.
