X1 Manchester are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis to join our Media City Branch for a minimum of 3 months. There may also be an opportunity to become permanent.
**Your Role with us**:
Our busiest periods at X1 Manchester are during the summer months where we receive a vast quantity of telephone calls. The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speedduring the course of the day. You will assist them with their queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

**Do you have what we are looking for before you apply?**:

- Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office/customer service environment.
- Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
- Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
- Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
- Good administrative skills
- The ability to start ASAP in a permanent position
