An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Receptionist/ Team Secretary to work in the Torfaen, Adult Mental Health Service based in Talygarn, County Hospital.
The Adult Mental Health Service in Torfaen is a very busy department, with an inpatient unit and multiple clinics running during the week. The post holder will be responsible for welcoming patients and their carers to the unit, responding to telephone enquiries, booking people in to clinics. Additionally the role will involve supporting the wider administration team as a Team Secretary.
We are looking for a calm, approachable and efficient administrator to fulfil this role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
