We are looking for a talented individual to join our practice in The Pontypool Medical Centre to cover both Reception and administrative tasks.

A typical day in this role would include:

- Receiving and triaging patient calls
- Booking in appointments for patients
- Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently
- Manage all enquires in an effective manner
- Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patient’s healthcare records using the photocopier machine.
- Input data into the patient’s healthcare records as necessary
- Manage all administrative queries as necessary
- Carry out system searches as requested
- Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
