We are looking for a Savvy Gen-Z understand content extraordinaire, ready to create and deliver high quality ideas and content for our founder and related brands.
With a focus of female, fashion beauty and lifestyle we are looking for the person that *gets it*
This role is for someone who has an understanding of the language of short form social but wants to create that added luxe, and always remains organised, professional and strategic
As the social media content assistant you will be responsible for duties including producing content with the founder and her brands, you will be in charge of generating an ideas report, setting out time for shoots to happen, Behind the scenes content, taking, creating and editing content that will go out on social media platforms.
You will analyse the performance and trends and guide the founder and the brand on making sure they make content that connects with the community but alines with the brand values.
You will also support with all community management, including responding to comments and DM's
We need someone with experience running the nuts and bolts of social pages channel and managing the creation of content to go on multiple social channels. An excellent understanding of developing an audience with great content, and understanding analytical insights. This person is up to date on platform changes and video trends, knows the art and science of a perfect title and thumbnail for content, and directs short snappy content.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Generating ideas and trends and making sure they are created by the founder for her personal brand and her brand
- Creating and editing call content, you should be able to use Tiktok, Capcut, Inshot and Adoble like a pro
- Uploading content for Youtube, Tiktok & Instagram and other social media platforms
- Edit content
- Create, and distribute short form content across all platforms
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all social media channels
- Create and maintain an ongoing content calendar & scheduling using appropriate tools e.g. Hootsuite,
- Research on what content is performing well on platforms, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas
- Devise and implement audience development strategies for all platforms to increase viewing and follower number
- Keep up to date with platform updates and trends and work with team to make make corresponding recommendations and pivots for our channels
- Monitor daily performance on a video, format, title, and channel level - flagging noteworthy indicators and suggesting optimization pivots based on initial data
- promotional and marketing campaigns
- **Community /Inbox management (Social media)**:
- Community management across social media with a focus on Instagram and TikTok and Youtube
- Responding to comments and providing a sentiment tracker ( what are the most comment requests and comments)
- Answering audience queries and DMs and comment

As the Digital channels manager you will be responsible for duties including producing content with the team, uploading and maintaining the schedule, distributing content on all platforms including Youtube, Tiktok, instagram, FB & all relevant social platforms. Along with community management to identify key community desires.
