Applications are invited for the post of Support Medical Secretary.
The post holder will provide an efficient administration service to support the medical secretary team within the Respiratory Team.

The role will involve working closely with administrative, other secretarial, nursing and medical colleagues to providing a comprehensive secretarial support service. The post holder will be required to undertake audio typing of clinical letters, discharge summaries and other annotation and medical records handling, filing and other administrative tasks.

An accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) in order to: Provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to families and carers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
