We currently have an opportunity on a full-time permanent basis for an experienced Maintenance Planner based at our site in Grangemouth (Petroineos), the nature of the role will be to ensure optimum availability of terminal assets through structured short, medium, and long-term planning of all maintenance activities and optimise the use of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO) at the Terminal level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide cover and leadership support on behalf of the terminal Manager
- Review, plan and organise resource (labour, plant, and materials) to complete planned maintenance efficiently.
- Prepare and support weekly engineering planning meetings
- Ensure output from Planned Maintenance is correctly recorded in Maximo
- Liaise with the terminal Manager, mechanical fitter, and Operations to ensure the effective integration of Operational and Project plans to meet both operational requirements and project timelines.
- Manage the Terminal spares inventory to ensure availability and always fit for use.
- Deploy consistent planned maintenance routines and take accountability for weekly reviews of performance metrics, non-conformances and identifying areas for improvement, and making improvement recommendations
- Responsible for Work Order lifecycle (Planned, Unplanned, Routine, Non-Routine)
- Implement and integrate additional Maximo functionality to the Terminal, monitor performance, analyse outputs, and make recommendations for improvement.
