Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic is a trusted and patient-centric private dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare services. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for patient satisfaction, we are looking for a skilled Part Time/ Full-Time Receptionist to join our team.

**Position Overview**

As a Receptionist at Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. The practice is centred around the whole patient journey. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. We want to add a positive and forward thinking receptionist to our existing team.
- £11.95- £13 per hour depending on experience
- Working Hours available**:9am
- 7.30pm Wednesday, Thursday | 9am -5.30pm Saturday - another day can also be added as long as whole day taken.**:

- Part time / Full
- Time position as long as full days taken with view to cover sickness and annual leave

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining an organised appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and address patient enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage patient records and update necessary information.
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the efficient flow of patients.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a receptionist role required - Previous dental experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus but not required.
