Taylorson Group Recruitment is pleased to work with an established elite international removal company seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join the Finance Team responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate financial records.
You will provide services associated with Accounts Payable coordinating between the business and suppliers. Assisting with managing all controls to ensure their accuracy and completeness and the timely payment of suppliers. The role also involves supporting and supervising the Accounts Payable team.

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise team of Accounts Payable staff
- Coding & processing Invoices accurately on Purchase Ledger
- Keeping supplier records up to date by requesting and doing Supplier Statement
reconciliations and regular supplier report review
- Obtaining timely approval of Invoices
- Posting Direct Debits, Standing Orders, Bank Charges
- Payment of currency suppliers/expenses
- Manage the ‘accounts’ inbox efficiently and on a timely basis
- Resolving supplier queries swiftly and satisfactorily per company guidelines
- Meeting monthly deadlines for posting Invoices
- Knowledge of contras / offsets multi-currency Ledgers
- Ensuring data integrity is preserved at all times.
- Managing bi-monthly and monthly payment runs
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by Head of Finance
