Our business, Glued to Music, specialises in providing high quality guitar parts to professional luthiers, technicians and hobbyists. If you are an enthusiastic learner with a very keen eye for detail, we would love to talk.
Engaging with our product range is of high importance. While being a musician is not a requirement, you should be willing to learn about the inner workings of guitars and the many different parts that are available for them. Building an accurate and broad knowledge of our products is vital for providing a good service to our customers.
What you will do
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and process customer returns
- Unload, check, and store goods inwards
- Place new purchase orders and work with suppliers to manage stock
- Office administration such as scanning and filing packing slips and invoices
- Responding to customer service enquiries
- Adding new products to our system
- Other stockroom, logistics and general duties
You will have
- High attention to detail
- Literacy in computer systems
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An open minded and approachable manner
- A strong work ethic
We’re offering this role as part-time, 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday). The role is based in New Milton, Hampshire, and offers a competitive salary package. We look forward to hearing from you.
