Job Role: **Business Associate Apprentice**
Locations: New Milton, Luton and Worcester
Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
**An assessment day will be held on in a local location**
We have a newly created apprenticeship programme that will play a pivotal role within key divisions of our support function. This covers areas such as customer service, finance and property management.
We have created this programme that is 12 months in duration and provides you with a business associate diploma qualification as well as a firm understanding of how First Port operates and the different routes you can take your future career with us.
You will be fully supported by the learning provider during your 12 months as well as by your line manager and the learning and development team. We will be recruiting 15 apprentices so will have a cohort of individuals going through the same process as yourself providing you with a further support network.
This role is full time permanent and at the end of the programme we will work with you to decide if you wish to stay in the business area you are in or move to learn something new all the while supporting you with any further learning you wish to undertake.
