Integrated Producer

**The opportunity**

We are looking for an established **Integrated Producer **to work with us on **abrdn** here at Iris London. There will also be opportunities to work on a variety of other accounts within the group. This is a great opportunity for someone to work alongside and learn from our current Producers and work with specialist Producers of varying disciplines. The team are committed to delivering an extraordinary end product, have a passion for creative, and exceptional attention to detail, are process driven and able to partner effectively with both clients and internal teams from Creative to Quality Assurance.

The role sits within the established Production department, whose aim is to contribute to and produce great creative work on all platforms. Working into a Lead Producer, there is clear headroom to grow both personally and professionally.

Your responsibilities as an **Integrated Producer** will be to:

- Deliver effectively and efficiently all types of projects within the Agency. This will vary from internal project management to the delivery of static imagery, digital production, events, social, content and anything in between
- Drive creative production, project scope, assessing risk, delivering project documentation, developing estimates and project plans and ensuring smooth execution for all clients
- Deliver a single or a combination of multiple projects seamlessly to ensure successful execution within the agreed parameters of the project. However it is not just about your project, and you will be expected to provide insights and potential improvements to everyday work, while keeping a creative solution-based approach to delivery

- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a busy agency environment
- Creative-solutions-focused with a passion for creativity
- Exceptional core project management skills
- Experience with project planning software or platforms (e.g. Team Gantt)
- Commercially astute with experience in preparing scopes, estimates, change requests and managing budgets and reconciliations
- Organised with very good attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate potential risks and issues and forward plan accordingly
- Clarity of communication
- A born collaborator with experience in working in large cross-discipline teams
- Experience at running multiple projects and working with internal design and artwork teams
- Someone who has an opinion and is not afraid to voice it
- Experience in transcreation and managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to tailor your approach to bringing the cross-agency function together and getting work done, whether it be planned or reactive
- Experience working in financial services would be a bonus (although not essential)
