**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent day-to-day experience for our clients as their primary interface with the agency, and build enduring client relationships that promote account growth and opportunity
- Ensure agency processes are followed with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage project delivery, ensuring team members deliver on tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solve issues internally and with the client
- Develop project budgets, secure client approval and accurate financial management of your projects
- Develop project schedules, secure client approval and manage project schedules to ensure delivery on deadline
- Write task/creative briefs for client and internal approval, and brief projects into the agency team
- Book and manage studio resources and time in order to achieve project success
- Manage freelance resource (if required), within budget
- Liaise with 3rd parties such as production agencies and other suppliers to deliver campaign deliverables
- Facilitate internal and client stand-ups and WIP’s to ensure project transparency and success
- Develop an understanding of the client’s business as a whole, and provide value wherever possible
- Constantly look for ways to enhance ideas and collaborate with relevant project team members to get the best possible outcome.
Skills and abilities:

- The ability to manage integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on digital execution
- Excellent client management skills
- Excellent project management and quality control skills
- Good budgeting, budget management and scheduling skills
- Some knowledge of animation, video, and print would be great
- A cool, calm head and the ability to juggle multiple projects and requirements at the same time.
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience as an Integrated Producer in an agency environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
