This is a hugely progressive opportunity to join a business who are experiencing YoY Growth and due to a new owners looking to embark on an exciting and career defining journey, as the companies ambitions are to triple in size over the next 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow).
- Working with the Commercial Finance Manager, in Leading in-flight financial performance.
- Provide actionable insight to improve the business trajectory and profitability.
- Lead & own annual budgeting process and monthly forecast process including all formal submissions to Group.
- Work with the CFO in preparing the monthly Financial Performance Review pack for onward reporting.
- Working alongside the marketing and technical teams, track, feedback and improve ROI on all spend.
- Work with the Supply chain manager in ensuring stock holding is optimised and is consistent with the targets agreed within the budget.
- Work with the supply chain manager to manage the reporting and own the accounting for stock.
- Ensure stock is accounted for on a standard cost basis, as adjusted by purchasing variances.
- Support the Supply Chain and Technical teams, where required, in achieving cost efficiencies through negotiating with fillers, and other key suppliers.
- Deputise for the CFO as required on legal and insurance matters.
- Net working capital forecasting, planning, and delivery.
- Balance sheet & cash flow planning, reporting and analysis including forecasting of forex inflows/outflows to assist Group Treasury hedging
Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Accountant ACA,ACCA,CIMA.
- Commercial Finance and Operations experience.
- Technical Accounting experience.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate uncertain situations and drive for clarity.
