What you’ll do: Lead the financial control function, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Design, maintain, and continuously improve financial systems and processes that mitigate key financial and operational risks. Manage the team responsible for financial regulations, reporting integrity, and system controls. Partner with senior leaders across finance, audit, and risk to strengthen governance and accountability. Oversee legacy system management and play a key role in transitioning to a new finance ERP system. Champion process optimisation and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. What you’ll need: A recognised professional accounting qualification. Proven expertise in financial controls, risk management, and compliance within complex organisations. Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, develop, and guide a high-performing team. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, translating technical financial concepts for non-financial audiences. A proactive mindset with a track record of driving change, improvement, and collaboration across teams.
