**Product Executive**
Up to £35,000-£37,500 plus excellent benefits including 28 days holiday, employee discounts, 10% pension contribution, Work level 6A

We’re looking for a product executive to join our insurance team.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop and deliver innovative, competitive, and compelling insurance/financial services product propositions. We’ll look to you to provide analysis and make recommendations on customer outcomes to the product development team, customer forums and the wider business. No two days are the same as you’ll meet changing needs and requirements within a small, encouraging team, providing the opportunity to get exposure to a wide range of products and external insurance partners. It’s an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and build up a network across the insurance industry.

**What you’ll do**:

- work with insurance, Co-op Group, and external partners to develop and deliver a wide variety of insurance/financial services product propositions
- lead on the day-to-day governance required in our product management framework to deliver relevant requirements for members and customers
- co-ordinate audits on external partners
- co-ordinate product changes initiated by partners, aggregators, or internal teams
- produce partner standardised MI across all partners and products, in order for us to meet our regulatory and brand responsibilities
- produce regular product information reports based on MI, with insight and recommendations for the product team, customer forums, and our executive and board

**This role would suit people who have**:

- previous experience working within insurance or another regulated industry
- strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from and make recommendations using data
- the ability to build positive relationships with a range of people
- good IT skills across the Microsoft office suite including Powerpoint and Excel
