**Product Executive**

**This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance.**

Due to an exciting year of growth we are now looking for a **Product Executive** to join our existing team of Project Managers to plan, prepare and facilitate sports breaks across the globe.

**This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;**
- Assist current team of Project Managers to prepare operational documentation for events including itineraries and manifests
- Manage and take responsibility end to end with smaller products and accounts
- Handle day to day administration tasks including invoicing, price yielding and internal requests from the wider product team
- Load and maintain product details on our in-house system (SES).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Travel both domestically and internationally to assist with on the ground operations
- Have previous experience working within the sports travel industry (highly advantageous but not essential)
- Have experience working in a customer and operational focussed role
- Have an interest and passion for sport and travel (highly desirable)
- Experience working within a commercial role would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Be operationally focussed with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Be organised, planned and methodical with the ability to work to deadlines
- Be able to handle last minute changes, adapt itineraries accordingly and advise involved stakeholders
- Have a willingness to learn and develop
- Be computer literate with a strong experience of Microsoft Packages specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Be willing to embark on occasional domestic and international travel for work purposes
