Here at Destination Education we are currently looking for a caring, compassionate and patient individual to fill the role of a **Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)** in an 'outstanding' OFSTED inspected Post-16 collegebased in the **Borough of Enfield**,**North London**.
This purpose built college is the first of its kind in North London and has a vast variety of** incredible facilities**, such as; a hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, sports hall, physiotherapy facilities, art and crafts rooms and much more. Allof which help support students in realising their potential.
**Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) **Responsibilities:

- Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students
- Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support
- Aide teachers with appropriate lesson planning to meet all student needs
- Observe and report back to teachers on students' progress

**Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) **Requirements:

- Caring, compassionate and patient individual
- Previous experience in a role supporting young adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities
- Will be able to build and maintain successful relationships with students and staff; treating them with respect and consideration
