This position offers the opportunity for a role as Research Administrator within Explain.

The role of the Research Administrator is to support our team in the administration of projects and will include tasks such as data entry, data coding and theming and transcription. You may also be required to support with other administrative tasks in the delivery of projects as required.

Job summary and purpose:

- To provide a comprehensive support role carrying out a variety of duties
- Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- Assist the team in the delivery of tasks associated to research projects and wider administration tasks

Key responsibilities Duties will include the following:

- Data entry
- Coding of literal comments
- Spell and grammar check of literal comments
- Recruitment for focus groups and in-depth interviews
- Transcribing focus groups and in-depth interviews
- To carry out telephone research fieldwork as and when required
- Database preparation (includes cleaning, checking and splitting data)

General Duties:

- Organisation and support with the administration of projects as required
- Database cleansing and inputting

Administration:

- To undertake any other general office administration duties as necessary
- Ordering supplies
- Supporting in day-to-day administration
- Answering phone
- Support with the provision of fieldwork packs and equipment
- Acting at all times in the best interests of the company

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
