- VEO Logistics are on the look out for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Liase with the Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the logistics operation
- Take inbound calls and handle with issues as they arise.
- Ensure all audit requirements are fulfilled by ensuring documents are up to date and processes are being followed.
- Establish processes to ensure high level of service is being delivered to our clients.
- capturing payroll information and updating accounts on a regular basis.
- paying staff weekly from company bank accounts
