We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice IT Support Technician to join our friendly professional team.
The salary is based on the National Apprenticeship rate of £4.81 per hour plus benefits (for the first 12 months, after which the rate is dependent on age).

We will provide the successful Apprentice IT Support Technician with a structured programme of training, leading to valuable qualifications and excellent on the job experience.
**The role in brief**
- Work towards Information Communications Technician (Level 3) Apprenticeship and CompTIA A+ Certification
- Provide first line support to over 300 colleagues, diagnosing and investigating the issues that they face
- Valuable practical experience in a busy IT team, providing support to members of the team, and the wider AFI team
- Work on problem-solving and fault-finding on multiple devices, such as PCs, laptops, mobiles, and different software packages

- You must work well under pressure and take instruction well
- The role will require some travelling during work time to visit our depots. A willingness to travel is a must; and a full driving licence / own transport would be beneficial
