HR Officer - Coleraine - up to £29,000

We are delighted to be working with a successful NI business to recruit for their new HR Officer to join them at their Coleraine offices.

Joining the HR team you will work across the business, providing HR support, advice and guidance across all areas which will include;
- Driving HR strategy across the business
- Conduct investigation/ disciplinary & grievance meetings & all associated case work
- Advise and provide support to Managers, Supervisors & Employees
- Ensure all HR records are up-dated and maintained
- Support absence management, performance management etc
- Lead & drive Employee Engagement
- Checking weekly payroll run

**What we are looking for.**
- Degree educated with ideally CIPD qualification
- 1 + years HR experience
- Strong communication & IT skills
- Full UK driving licence

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
