Focusing on what's fun, entertaining, and relevant now we post scripted and unscripted longform, short form videos, events, and podcasts across our network of social media pages and streaming platforms. For brands, content creators, event owners and media partners, we help them activate and engage with our highly engaged community.

We are youth focused and whether it's a great story or a brilliantly entertaining video, our aim is to be across travel and adventure, extreme sports, environment and sustainability, dance, and gaming areas.

**About the Role**

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm creative ideas for social media content that will appeal to Extreme sports enthusiasts.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, and other editing software to edit raw footage into high-quality, social media-friendly content.
- Create short-form and long-form video content that is engaging, informative, and entertaining for our audience.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for each social media platform and meet the brand's standards for quality and tone.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media video content, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our approach when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain a library of raw video footage for future use.
- Meet strict deadlines and deliverables each week.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience editing videos for social media pages.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, and other editing software.
- Good knowledge of aftereffects.
- A working knowledge of social media platforms and their specific requirements for video content
- Ability to take direction, work collaboratively with a team, and take initiative to make creative decisions when appropriate.
- A deep understanding of video metrics and the ability to analyse data to improve video performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills for social media platforms.

- The ability to interact with internal and external people at all levels from our CEO to social media users online.
- Be a good problem solver, with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences.
- Not afraid to pitch new ideas and constructive feedback to the social media team.
- Understanding of consumer trends and spot them as they emerge.
- Be a positive and energetic team player be someone we would want to go on a road trip across Europe; hang out at a mountain bike park with; and spend a day surfing
