**Location**: London, United Kingdom

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor that is passionate about social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok in particular) and is fully across the latest social video tends.
- A genuine passion for entertaining, hyper-engaging social-first content
- Have at least 3 years of social media, digital video editing and social publishing experience.
- Experience Managing, training and developing a young social media video editing team.
- Setting the visual tone for platform specific formats, shows and creative concepts.
- Enhancing the look and feel of all video output. ensuring Extreme video is best-in-class social media content.
- Excellent understanding of optimised content formats for variety of digital social media platforms.
- Must have advanced knowledge of editing software (Canva, Adobe premiere pro, photoshop etc)
- Have exceptional video and photo editing skills.
- Understanding of usage and clearance requirements for music, images, and footage

**Responsibilities include but not limited to.**
- Editing photo and raw video content into short and long video format social media content.
- Content scheduling and posting for all Extreme social media pages daily.
- Helping to identify and create eye-catching thumbnails.
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting appropriate sounds or music.
- Analysing social media trends and recommending changes to the company’s social media strategy to improve reach and engagement.
- Following the company's brand guidelines with all edits and posting while also being compliant with social media community guidelines.

**Personal Characteristics**:

- The ability to interact with internal and external teams at all levels.
- Great time management and communication skills
- Be a good problem solver, with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences.
- Social Media enthusiast.
- Not afraid to pitch new ideas and constructive feedback to the social media team.
- Understanding of consumer trends and spot them as they emerge.
- Interested in action/extreme sports is helpful.
- Be a positive and energetic team player - be someone we would want to go on a road trip across Europe; hang out at a mountain bike park with.

**A social media publishing background is essential.**

**Salary**: £24,303.53-£34,000.00 per year
